Spring has Sprung Shoot March 22, 2025 
Let's Do This!

Open to any club member, with a maximum of 25 members for this shoot.  Tailgate meal will be provided, prizes awarded for First, Second, and Third place. Shooters can sign up electronically on the website. 

Please bring a minimum of 50 rounds to participate. 

Stage One
Shooter will begin with a loaded chamber magazine in, and weapon holstered.  On the command to fire, shooter will draw, fire two rounds at center mass and one round to the head (Mozambique drill) to the ISPCA target at 7 yards.  Shooter will then transition to the 25 yard steel, putting two rounds on each plate left to right, then transition back to the ISPCA target for another two rounds center mass, and one to the head. 
Total of 10 rounds
Shooter will then drop mag, show clear, and holster their weapon. 
First shooter to finish will receive 3 points, with 1 point per hit (A zone and steel) being awarded to each shooter.
Stage Two
Shooter will begin with loaded chamber, magazine in, weapon holstered.  On the firing command, shooter will engage the 25-yard steel (small) 6 times, drop magazine, reload and engage 6 more times. 
Total of 12 rounds.
Shooter will drop mag, show clear, and reholster weapon. 
First shooter to finish will receive 3 points with 1 point per hit being awarded to each shooter.

If there is a tie for first place, a sudden death shoot will result, and be announced at the time of the tie breaker.

Rules
Any pistol up to 10mm or 45 ACP (No 5.7x28, 5.56, etc due to steel targets).  Any revolver up 357 Magnum, although reloads will be required for each stage. No AR or AK pistols.
Any Ball, HP or lead projectile is fine. 
Safety glasses and hearing protection required.
Holster for your weapon is required
Shooters will sign liability waiver before participating.

Any unsafe act will result in disqualification (DQ’ed), and weapon will be secured in the person’s vehicle for the remainder of the shoot. Unsafe acts include:
Sweeping or flagging another person (muzzle sweeping is pointing a weapon at someone else intentionally or unintentionally.)
No loaded weapons behind the firing line, actively shooting.
Not following commands from the RO or other designated event personnel.
Having weapon out of the holster for any reason behind the active firing line.
Any Accidental or Negligent discharge
